Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Within India: 7 – 14 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take a little longer.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping offers, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Vibracare will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, Vibracare ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the near future.
