Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
Personal care products without original packaging (for hygiene reasons).

Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Carefully pack your product and ship it back.
